Boys and girls meet Vector. He's an odd being. The first of his kind. An artificial life form generated in the recesses of the net. Random self replicating programs changing and incorporating parts of others into them over time have developed into a sentient life form. Vector. Over the course of learning about the physical world on the net Vector decided he wanted to experience it and live in it. So he used a research Lab's resources and created this body for himself. It was made using synthetically created DNA sequenced to produce cybernetic parts as well as organic ones. Vector is now a true cybernetic organism. He has a wide range of abilities. Due to his artificial nature he was able to unlock dormant parts of the human mind and DNA while creating this body. He has a vast array of mental abilities such as telekinesis, telepathy, and prycokentics and can even manipulate energy. He's also capable of interfacing with any machine and controlling it. He can also access the global net from anywhere. Vector also has an odd ability to spark sentience in advanced robots and A.I.s. It seems the more he interacts with one on a complex level the closer it gets to sentience until it finally reaches that. Although it may take the Robot or A.I. time to realize that they indeed are now sentient. It's a subconscious ability of Vector's. It doesn't work though on more primitive robots or A.I.s though and also requires a good level of regular interaction to occur.

Personality wise Vector is fairly nice. He's a kind individual and likes to learn new things. He doesn't often get emotional about things. It's not in his nature. He does feel emotions but unlike humans he's not ruled by them. He's taken a shining to life forms of all sorts and seems to have a way of understanding many of their simple means of communication. So he's definitely an animal person. An odd lil factoid about him is that because of the ease of use of his powers he rarely walks anyway but prefers to float around. Hence his choice of long pants and such that cover his feet.
