Part of a commission I'm working on to design and build a lightweight yet sturdy pony style fursuit. Rather than solid bulky foam, the curvy portions are supported by an internal skeleton that is both flexible and tough enough to stand up to the rigors of being worn, but light enough to make wearing it a breeze for the suiter, while still being soft and maintaining the character silhouette on top of it all. The general idea is based on the various creature and character suits I've worked on in the past both in the movie and theme park business.

Using materials like lightweight polycarbonate and shaped mesh under an outer layer of foam and fabric, I hope to make this a new kind of easy to wear fursuit. I'm still taking commissions for now, so if you're interested please feel free to message me.
