We had discussed about his gradient markings. I believe they were not familiar with airbrushing when we discussed it, so I did the airbrushing myself when he arrived, which was no issue at all for me! I
HEAD

Please describe how it is to wear this piece of your costume.
The fitting is perfect, I can even fit my glasses in it very comfortably which is so nice!
The head is lined with a balaclava, spandex material. Making cleaning so nice and easy!
Ventilation is great, the only time I ever have trouble with it is if my glasses fog up because of heat. Just a slight adjustment of how it's sitting on my head and it fixes very easily.
Vision is really good as well I'd say! There's of course the usual blind spot right in the center from the bridge of the muzzle, and then the sides of the face have a blind spot.
Typically I can see everything very well though!
Appearance Satisfaction

I am BEYOND satisfied! The Symmetry is spot on, even in the shaving.
The shaving of the fur is very even all around.
The fur is super soft and easy to brush as well. Especially the long fur, it is super soft!
The fursuit definitely matches the concept art they sent me.
I gave them a photo of the expression I wanted, told them I wanted static eyes.
They drew up a concept piece and I'd say the fursuit definitely matches what I wanted, 100% !
HANDS AND FEET

Carter's Handpaws are Extremely durable. No seams have popped, even when turning them inside out for cleaning.
The Claws are all hand sewn in and not one has budged!
Very comfortable, especially for four fingers.

I love the look, they're all symmetrical from what I can tell!
Really Even shaving. Very soft fur, just like his head.
The paws even look like actual animal paws in certain positions which is awesome!

Nice and loose, perfect for his tail type. Super durable.
Very easy to put on my belt!

The 'spade' shape on his tail is so symmetrical, I am beyond happy about it.
His tail fabric is very soft, I believe it's Minky.

Carter's suit came out way better than I had expected from the examples they had provided on their furaffinity.
The fitting is perfect, the quality is outstanding.
Even the little details they added, such as their name stitched in the inside of the neck fur!
How easy was it to initially contact the maker for a quote?
I found them while I was browsing for makers on furaffinity and I believe they messaged me in under 24 hrs of contacting them. They didn't ask for measurements from what I can remember though which I found odd. So I do suggest requesting about measurements.
How satisfied are you with the response time from the maker?
How long did it take the maker to get back to you?
We started texting on Telegram not long after and I got pretty immediate responses and lots of updates!
How satisfied are you with the professionalism and customer service and of the maker?
They were super nice, it was almost like talking to a friend! They were always keeping me up to date. If I had questions they would respond without hesitation. They always made sure that I was comfortable with how things were going and the process!
How satisfied are you with how long your project took to complete?
Everything was finished in 3 months. I always got updates if there was a delay, they provided me a tracking number when he was shipped. it was all very easy!
Are you happy with the product you received?
It definitely exceeded my expectations 10000000% !
Totally worth the money, I even gave them a tip!

I would definitely commission this maker again. I hope they will be making more beautiful suits over time.
They have stunning work, amazing quality, I'd definitely consider commissioning them again and have talked to them about it as well.
