Togekiss, one of the most underrated Lees ever. I've been waiting forever to see a pic of Togekiss tickles, and here we are. Hopefully this one can appeal to the upper body fans, of which Togekiss is anatomically. nothing but just that.

As you can tell, this pic didn't take too long to complete. But I hope that Togekiss is just as cute to you as I think he is. He... she. It can be whatever gender your mind wants it to be. I like to think of 'em as a male.
