Wear Satisfaction
Please describe how it is to wear this piece of your costume.
The head is not lined and so make it very uncomfortable. I dye my hair a lot, and now the inside is all blue and look very dirty, even tho I've cleaned it thoroughly. There is a lot of weight in the front, making it fall a lot when walking. I've also requested no zipper in the back, I still got one after many reminder about it. Ventilation is not the best, the mouth opening is very small and does not allow a lot of air to come through. I've also found 3 needle stuck inside the head poking at my face.

Appearance Satisfaction
Please describe how satisfied you are with how your costume piece looks from the outside.
The species is spot on except for the nose, which I provided with their permission. They've cut it in half, and put fur over it, making it look like a rodent. When I received the first progress picture, It was already cut, once I've asked why they did this, they told me it had bubble into it. Which is not true, I've hold on to that nose for very long until deciding which maker to use it for. The ears are in the right position, but around one of them, the whole fur wasn't glued down or sewn. So we could see all the foam. I've asked for the stretch to not be glued into place so I could change them for custom one at some point, but the fur inside those wasn't glued down or sewn either. The mouth lining is so close to the opening of it, that on picture we can actually see inside and some of the foam depending on the angle. There is also some spot shaved way too close and we can see the backing, and a couple of shave line too. The hair is not double sided and glued to the face, so its shows the backing a lot. Glue spot all around the eyes, The eyelid, that were permanent, were put on at different height too. Not symmetrical at all. There's bump there and there in the face too.

How was your concept art realized?
The maker did an excellent job on following my reference and the many screenshot I took from second life with my avatar. The Muzzle is exacly how I wanted it, and the ears shape too.


How well does everything fit together and match up?
My fursuit Head look good, from a distance. once you get close up, you can see the multiple flaws.


How easy was it to initially contact the maker for a quote?
Very easy, they used to be a personal friend.


How satisfied are you with the response time from the maker?
How long did it take the maker to get back to you?
Quick.


How satisfied are you with the professionalism and customer service and of the maker?
Very unprofessional once we decided to talk only business and about my commission. Some of their employee came to me on their personal facebook to bullies me and such.


How satisfied are you with how long your project took to complete?
Very unsatisfied. I've asked if End of October dead line was possible, they said it wasn't an issue at all. I didn't bother them until November actually, to get told it'll be ready in march. To then get it by the end of June.


Are you happy with the product you received?
Very poor quality, rushed job. Absolutely not worth what I paid for.


Describe your overall experience with this maker.
After talking to the maker in private about the issue with the head. She made a public post against me without trying to get solution or even just give an apology about it. Some of their admirer came to me on Facebook to humiliate me. Some of their own employee also came to me to call me name and such. I would never recommend them to anyone, not even my worst enemy.

Yes, they did a good job on giving my species its right feature. But the overall quality, insult, and time are absolutely not worth it.
