Oh my Gosh! This reminds me of a concept I had for fairies way back, where I made them dress with whatever they can find in the forest, mushrooms included.
However, yours looks much better delevoped. I also like the details of the close-up on the right, like the tribal markings on the pipe. She could be a shaman of sorts.
