A few days after I received the paws, two seams snapped on one of them, and when I contacted her she promptly responded and I sent it to her for repairs. Repairs were made quickly and I received the paws in the mail quickly as well.

Wear Satisfaction
Please describe how it is to wear this piece of your costume.
The head is very comfortable and fits perfectly. The vision is the best I've had so far out of suits I've made and tried on. The ventilation is also pretty good. It is lined with a stretchy material which makes the inside soft on my face.

Appearance Satisfaction
Please describe how satisfied you are with how your costume piece looks from the outside.
The suit is very adorable, and I'm extremely satisfied with it. I get compliments all the time about the ears, which is very nice.(i love the ears too. So wiggly!) The plugs were made of some kind of foamy and glued to the front and back of the ear, which I was slightly disappointed with, but I never requested for changeable plugs, so I understand why she made them like that. The shaving is very even and there are no inconsistencies. It's almost perfectly symmetrical, one eye marking being higher than the other. (which I actually like, I feel like it gives him more personality) The fur is very soft, and I love the choice of fur we both decided on for him. It matches my concept art perfectly as well.

Wear Satisfaction
Please describe how it is to wear these pieces of your costume.
My handpaws are very plush, and very comfortable. When I first put them on they were a little tight, but the material stretched enough for them to fit comfortably now. They are lined with a thin, soft material that makes the inside super soft. Apart from the initial seam snap, the seams have held together very firmly since I sent them for repairs.

Appearance Satisfaction
Please describe how satisfied you are with how your costume pieces look from the outside.
My handpaws are the other thing I get complimented about frequently, the claws are cute and plush, and the pawpads are very satisfying as well. Kids often ask me to scratch them with the claws which is pretty funny tbh

How well does everything fit together and match up?
The head and paws are comfortable, match my ref, and look amazing. I'm extremely satisfied with the suit and Foxysox's constancy from suit to suit.


How easy was it to initially contact the maker for a quote?
I messaged her through facebook after seeing an opening of hers on a furry group.


How satisfied are you with the response time from the maker?
How long did it take the maker to get back to you?
Very quick response time. Within the same day. She also kept our messages to messenger, as I had once tried to note her through FA but she replied saying to message me through our original contact place.


How satisfied are you with the professionalism and customer service and of the maker?
My experience with Foxysox was very good, she definitely cares about her customers satisfaction. Very professional as well, I wasn't intimidated at all.


How satisfied are you with how long your project took to complete?
I was on her queue for about a year, and she finished my suit within a month after starting. My suit was originally supposed to be done in February, but was done the month after as she was behind on her queue due to getting sick. Even though the original date was passed, I wasn't upset or worried at all, as she gets her commissions done all on time and in order and keeps her commissioners in the loop. She has her queue posted on her FA, which she updates every now and then.

I'm very satisfied with my suit.
