I don't know if Sonic likes being tickled, but he probably enjoys the energy rush he gets from it. lol Especially when pretty girls are involved.

Normally all Sonic ever wears happens to be running shoes, so his feet likely are rather more sensitive than the rest of him and the obvious weak points. I wonder if Merlina lured in poor Sonic with her charms perhaps even teasing him a little and making him think he was going to be the one doing the tickling, and then before he knew it his boots were missing.....
