Julia is a tribal Mawile who generally keeps to herself in the north, using her spear to hunt fish, and acting like a lost little kid when trying to hunt larger prey, drawing them in to help only to snap her maw forward and engulf her prey in her large maw! Never really venturing into society she lives in a northern tribe hence the markings.
