A fan work dedicated wholeheartedly to the awesome JLAnderson! https://www.furaffinity.net/user/jlanderson/
Truth be told, I have the first three (of four) issues from her "Maidens of Twilight" series. The reason for buying them was not only for her role as illustrator in this "Gold Digger"/"Ninja High School" crossover, but also and especially for her inclusion of her very awesome anthro characters Lazalanti (porcupine) and Jasmine (squirrel)!
Many of the elements you see here are extracted from the comic...scissor blades (aka switchblade-a-rang), their bounty hunter attire, Laz's propensity for drinking, tropical island setting, and getway vehicle (it's a 1979 Ford F-100 that I carefully reserched, and no, I didn't do any tracing or texture borrowing). And the hurdy-gurdy instrument, I modified it to electric power so it is capable of playing disco music, lol! XD
Oh, Laz and Jaz are also starred in JL Anderson's own webcomic "Paradise Hunters," which I found out a very short while ago: https://www.anaria.net/

You're welcome! And thanks too for your enjoyment! I couldn't tell whether "Nicole" was an F-100 or F-150, as well as the color she's intended to be. In spite of these and a few other errors, I'm glad you liked!
Really? I feel so flattered once more, I don't know how to say it! [begins note]
