So I talked with  TripleMoonStudios and asked her if I could do another piece of Neptune fanart, this time yet another piece of fetish fanart, only no feets. This time I did Neppy with another one of her OCs, a dragon named Bygrin, doing vey sloppy French kissing with a lot of saliva (meamwhile the red on Neppy's throat is Bygrin's tongue so I show how deep it goes). If there's one other fetish I have besides feets, it's sloppy maw kisses like this 😝.....
