This is Kabe. He was once a rather popular Goron racer, and then one day suddenly decided to become a pirate with some Zora dude he just met. Interesting life choices.
He's cannoneer, demolitionist, weapons expert, voice of reason aboard the Tetra's Envy, an airship made up of Sheikah technology.
Along with the Zora captain Maro, three Hylians (who act as doctor, cook, and navigator respectively), a Rito teenager named Skivan, and a mysterious Sheikah stowaway named Gridian, he travels across Hyrule stealing things and causing mischief, but never nothing too violent or horrible. However, thanks to the appearance of aforementioned mysterious Sheikah, they've been roped into a situation where the fate of Hyrule hangs in the balance DUN DUN DUUUUN

Anyways, hope you like Kabe. He and Maro raised Skivan from an egg, and it's too dang cute.
