Hey folks! GOD I HAVE BEEN DRAWING THIS FOR 8 HOURS MY LEFT HAND FEELS LIKE ITS GOING TO SHATTER DAMMIT
also apparantly its lefty day and as a southpaw myself, i think it fitting to get a big drawing done
so here it is
I wanted to have a motel be used for something so i finally got a good setup and i took it so here it is!
here are a bunch of drekir who either live at this old motel in Chile (somewhere) or travel in to pedal stuff to the townsfolk or other travelers... right now its getting late so there aint too many buyers right now, actually no buyers. rip
Normally right here is where i write about some cool stuff about the Dragonscape but my hands hurt
but i shall
Many drekir towns were founded over the ruins of older buildings, often those away from the concrete jungles of delapitated cities thanks to the lack of rivers. or farmable land. I'd like to see you farm through concrete. I mean well i guess you could use tubs and dirt but regardless, its just easier to go somewhere more fertile.
But human buildings still exist and are plenty useful for folks looking for a roof on their head. After all reusing the ruins of an old building to make something new beats just building a shack from scratch, so a lot of drekir architecture usually works with what they had before the pulse, even though 30+ years have passed there are plenty of good ol' functional buildings!
Shaggy out!

Eight hours oof
You know, times like this I'd consider picking up something like SketchUp or Blender to aid with architectural stuff. Both are free, but SketchUp is probably easier to get into quicker, though it's more limited than Blender is.

Thats actually what I use from time to time for modeling if I feel its needed
I use Either Sketch up or funny enough I Use the building system in the Game 7 days to die to build models that i can then use as references hehe. In this case I used sketchup as a modeler for the hotel, which that took up the first couple hours
thanks for all the links though, ill be sure to check em out
