hanlond is a strange vilan robot. his abilitys are simple. hes a prankster and a clown/jester thing XD his abilities consist of manyclown stuff. his balls he juggles can do amn thing to his victems however depending on the species. if a normal organic is hit with these balls there clothing becomes jester or clown like. minus makeup* he does the makeup himself. or it will heavily bind the organic or .oor in many cases to humans especialy, both bind them and clownify them

to other rbots the balls will dress them like clowns and install a virus in them to turn them mental into clowns like him to gather more organics for there big show and audience for his circus.

most of his diulougue is high pitched stereotype joker laughter. but wen he speaks he has a deep and elegant British accent for some reason. wich catches many people off guard

hes athletic and fast tricky to pin down and quick on his movement and attacks.
