I rather not re-post the rather long description I came up for this work; instead I'll summarize it.

This started out as a contest entry for  Luigi-Vaporeon over on DA.

IIRC ( If I recall Correctly ) I got second place... however I didn't care about placement but the fun I had in creating this character. Which I had a blast.

So I came up with a full description which I did posted on the F.A. Science version.

Even though I created this almost a year ago, and I felt I have improved since this, I personally like this work a lot.
