Jericho is one of my oldest friends in the community. We've had some truly good times. One of my favorite early memories of the vore community was Jay's mouse character, Vick. Vick was everything a prey should be. Sweet, a little naive and absolutely left in awe and wonder by a big, bad predator looming over them. And Vick had been gobbled quite a few times! After all, cute little mice tend to find ways into big, hungry bellies pretty often. For a good decade, Vick got into trouble, only to be pulled out by reformation or the power of a non canon ending. The mouse kept chugging along, making friends and meeting crushes, but something was always missing. To Vick, while the voracious shenanigans were certainly fun, they never left him feeling fully satisfied. There was something lacking. Something he hadn't quite found yet.
And then he met Sivvy. He was on his way to meet a predatory crush of his, only to find the rat in their place. The big, bad rodent had gobbled his would-be lover and lorded his girth over the mouse. He showed himself off and whispered sweet nothings into the mouse's ears. He told Vick he was going to be eaten, but that wasn't all. It was going to be the last time. Sivvy wasn't gonna ever let him go. He was gonna be rat fat forever, his very soul tucked away in that belly, lost in the ocean of grey, wobbly mass.
Vick could hardly fight, unable to resist the dominance and command of the larger rodent. He was guzzled down lovingly, slurped and suckled like a treat before plopping into that ample belly with a squish. There were rubs, pats, shy squirms and fond words...and then there was a deep gurgle and a delighted belch. Vick's body was made into softness and his soul was trapped inside, merged with that belly to be used as a sentient little battery. He'd have an eternity to feel that warmth all around, an addition to the handsome rat's padding and a permanent resident deep within.
Inside his new home, Vick found what he was lacking. A home. Permanence. He was a mouse, meant to be eaten, to be used to make something greater. No longer would he pop back into existence, separated from his objects of desire and fooled into thinking there was more to his life. He was always meant to be food, to add to something soft and wonderful. Now nothing would separate him from where he belonged. He could truly add to something else, something greedy enough to claim him like the snack he was. He was part of something beautiful. And he could finally be the nourishment he was always meant to be.
...So if you see Sivvy, know that Vick is somewhere deep inside, trapped forever on the other side of that smile.
