Being pregnant is not an excuse to get drastically out of shape. Its important to exercise still if you wanna keep your mobility up even when the pregnancy gets to its later stages. But you need to make sure you know your limits, can't hurt yourself of the cargo you're carrying. Just remember to stay hydrated as well. Its very important.
