I look forward to when it snows...x.x It should snow here soon. Iv been tempted to make a brightly colored character for a while, and yesterday I got really frazzled and didnt feel like doing anything, so was doodling. This is the out come that I finished today.

Why does he have an umbrella? Well.. its not uncommon here for people to walk with one during fall and spring, even if there is snow on the ground.

So.. maybe a newish character.. Im not sure what he is, he isnt a cat I know that.. For some reason the name Zezuru comes to mind.
