Here's a sketch of everyone's favorite carnivorous theropod dinosaur that I did several months ago. I tried blending accuracy with fantasy, the accurate parts being the skull, arms and plumage (though it's not exactly known yet if it actually had any amount of feathers or not, but I wanted to try anyway, especially because I want to practice doing more accurate dinosaurs), and the fantastical parts being the spines along the top of the neck and the back, which were not present on the real animal).
I want to blend both of these for my fictional universe which has dinosaurs, the dominant features of my universe, as well as dragons and all that other fantasy stuff we love.
