Worgens are cursed men and women. The Worgen curse swept through their homes and more then half the people turned into savage creatures. attacking anyone they came across even family. All those who've regained their humanity still remember the things they did. All Worgen have suffered that. Hence the Sloppy seconds.

Hmm. Wonder if there will be an explanation on why this particular group of death knights with species from both factions are going around slaughtering whoever. And of course, leave it to Amo of all people to put in sexual connotations in a conversation. XD

They are together because they all are in the Ebon Blade, which is a mix of both factions that was created when the Lich King was loosing his grasp on most of his Death Knights.

Normally it refers to fucking someone that someone else just fucked.
In this case I guess she means that torturing someone that's been through hell already would be the same as that. She prefer fresh victims I guess.
