I'm still hoping she gets into Smash Ultimate, but we just got Simon, Dark Samus and K Rool, so I've got no room to complain if she isn't

Yeah. She's kinda like that little cherry on a nice cake. Not needed, but kinda wraps the whole cake up into a better lookin one. :P

No, she's like the sugar that the cake needs in order to work. I mean, we've already been betrayed when VERY popular characters like Shovel Knight were mere Assist Trophies. Leaving Shantae out would be betraying us again.
