Set the wayback machine for nearly twenty years ago... This is a design based on classic principles of badass dragons - likely influenced by artwork aimed at motorcycle enthusiasts. :D As I did draw the original design twenty years ago, I am not entirely sure what all else may have influenced it. I do recall that I looked at a LOOOOOT of art while I was in college, and the original 1999 piece would have been made right at the end of my collegiate years.

This is actually a cleaned-up version of the original design, and is the one that I put in the second Dragon Adventure coloring book.
