Meet the "Agent" as he's know in the AEGIS files. However, he's better know by his urban legend name Mr Nowhere.
He has been spotted loitering around areas of unrest, civil dispute, accidents and destruction of public property. He was nicknamed the Agent because of his over all appearance of a McCarthy era government agent. His terrible exploits though are legendary.
Most heroes, both under the direction of AEGIS and operating idependantly, are advised to apprehend this individual on sight but also to use caution.
