It's that time again - yes, we're nearly ready to release the Dragon Adventure III Kaleidoscopia coloring book into the wild! This book contains some of my other fantasy drawings, as well as a bunch of new dragons.

The drawing here is one of several cover illustrations we tried out. The publisher didn't give me any specific instruction about the color scheme for this one, so I thought I'd try it first with the red-and-gold that he liked on the others, then with the jade green that I'd done for the analogue colored version. Though we did not end up using either of these, I was really jingled with the different results.

Left one colored entirely with Photoshop. Right one is the analogue coloring with some Photoshop set-dressing.
