I sort of drew this earlier in 2018. But for one reason or another it didn't occur to me to post it until now. Not to mention, its about time I got around to inflating Joe. So here it finally is; an inflated Joe hovering high into the sky. And needless to say he's rather surprised. And yes, the edges of his jacket are inflated too.
