So I've refered to this in the past, but once upon a time, as part of my DnD campaign, my friend and I did a little side RP to progress them as characters, little did we know it would turn into what it is today, but that's magic for you~
This picture, was based on a moment from that RP, a moment where my Lumikin, playing a bard in the campaign, got on stage amidst their date and sang his heart out to the wolf girl infront of him~
So let's link a little extract from that, shall we?
“And this, I dedicate, to Lady Aya…” Lumi was grinning ear to ear at you as he pushed the stages Mic to the side, spinning his cane around slamming the bottom onto the ground as energy crackled to life at the top, forming some kind of microphone with energy, no doubt one of his bardic abilities as he began to sing to the music…

Get out your swords, battles begun

The music slowly got quieter as he gripped the mic with both paws, gazing directly into the eyes of the girl who’d already stolen so much of his heart, singing softly…
“I'm an catfolk with a longsword
Fighting til' the wars won
I don't care if heaven won't take me back”
Before the tempo picked back up once again...
“I'm an catfolk with a longsword
Fighting til' the wars won
I don't care if heaven won't take me back
I'll throw away my faith, babe, just to keep you safe

(I'm an angel with a shotgun)
And I, want to live, not just survive, tonight

As the music all but stopped and he stepped down off the stage, he continued to sing while walking towards her...
“They say before you start a war
You better know what you're fighting for
Well baby, you are all that I adore
If love is what you need, a soldier I will be”
By this point, he’d reached her and he was down on a single knee holding her paw in his, the magic on the cane coming to an end as he set it to the side, pulling her paw upward and towards his lips as he kissed her gently on the back of that paw, his amber eyes gazing up at her directly. “I pledge to always be your Knight, your Songmeister, your Lord, your Lloyd (he mouthed his real name, Lumi, to her and her alone), if you’ll have me.” he said softly, completely silent around the room as everyone, captivated, watched the scene going on before them. The moment after she answered, the whole room would burst into cheers, politely waiting so as not to ruin the moment…
No one or nothing had ever stubbed her to just silence like this before, completely captivated by the lyrics that left him and were all aimed on her. The whole room, the fancy clothes and expectations of her by her own desires and others around her had just disappeared. Holding back the tears that threatened to fall as her heart could not stop racing and she had to remind herself to keep breathing, it seemed to be happening so fast and she’d purposely made it difficult to fall into this. But he, he broke it all down so quickly and effectively.
He recalled her mentioning that she wanted to hear him sing and...he made a whole song just for her in such a short amount of time. Finally coming back to reality when the song was ending and he was coming up to her, unable to help from standing as he felt the way her paw gripped onto his. Hearing his words while he would catch a tear streak her cheek, on the side the crowd could not see as she leaned forward and began to whisper “I, Athera, dedicated sister to Camilia, protector of our odd pack, and smitten entirely to you Lumi...do accept.”
