I'm so glad you've found something that works for you! It took me years of therapy, medication mixups, and one (voluntary) hospitalization before I finally became functional. I'll always have demons I need to keep at bay, but I'm at the point where I can mostly do it on my own. I hope you'll be able to say the same sooner rather than later.
