Clip n' Wipe Comics were designed to answer the twin needs of our kind for both:

a.) Intellectual involvement in graphically-told stories, and,
b.) Toilet paper.

That's why each panel of Clip n' Wipe Comics are drawn on a square of paper, with a dotted line around each panel. Clip n' save, and when you get down to the paper cob, Voila! These comics are there for you. Oh, and you get to make up the story, since I suck at crafting stories. Well, stories with conclusions.
