So I just spent the after noon watching a bunch of the episodes of the new MegaMan cartoon. As a MegaMan fan who has been playing the games since I was 4 I have to say that I kind of enjoyed the show. It is aimed at younger people but it didn't feel stupid, its very villain of the week but there is an underlying plot and there are the themes of robot racisim. In one of the episode there is a bit of a splurge of like refs for die hard megaman fans, where they are in a museum talking about a war and allot of the art work are recreations of MegaMan X and Mega Man Zero art, even having a shot of Zero holding Iris from X4, you know the moment. I like that absorbing powers can have other affects on MegaMan, like it alters his personality and also gives im incite on how to deal with the robots in possibly a peaceful way. So yeah I'm having fun with the show, I wanna watch it with my nephew to see if he would like it. I'm gonna watch the other episodes tonight.
