Water Stalkers populate the many coastal marshes, swamps, and rivers of Dahkana. Designed for swimming, this subspecies sports webbed feet and a powerful tail for propulsion. The fin on thier head is sensitive to changes in pressure that help it find prey in murky water and doubles as a stabilizer while swimming quickly to keep their head still and on target. Water Stalkers nest and sleep on land though have been known to sleep while floating on the surface.
