HEAD

Wear Satisfaction
Please describe how it is to wear this piece of your costume.
The head had good ventilation and fit me very well. There was no issues in that department.

However, the shaving was very uneven. On the original reference sheet I also had white X's on the back of the ears of the suit which they missed entirely. The inner balaclava came unglued and the eyebrows began to fall off because they were GLUED onto the fur. The eyes also began breaking immediately after light wear.

I am was not satisfied with how it looked at all. I gave the maker specific instructions on how I wanted it to look, especially in terms of the muzzle, which they failed to meet the expectations of. Visually, the head looks very choppy and derpy, and it's distracting. The quality of the suit is very poor.

Wear Satisfaction
Please describe how it is to wear this piece of your costume.
The body suit fit well. However, there was some MAJOR issues with the padding. The first time I got the suit I face-timed my maker in order to properly be instructed on how to get my legs inside. I did everything I was told, and yet after very light wear (no more than 20 minutes around the house to try him on) the padding ripped and polyfil began to pour out into the suit. I informed the maker, to which he directly me to his manager, who then proceeded to brush it off and say it my fault for not putting the suit on correct.

Please describe how satisfied you are with how your costume piece looks from the outside.
The suit looks fine on the outside, but it still wasn't exactly what I had in mind. I informed the maker I'd like the furs to be the same length throughout so it didn't appear uneven, yet they used a long haired fur for the legs which looks very awkward. Besides that the suit looks fine.

HANDS AND FEET

The hands had no inner lining and were pretty uncomfortable in a scratchy aspect, but fit fine.

Another area the suit lacked was in the feet. The feet absolutely did not fit whatsoever. Every time I walked my feet slipped out into the padding. Keep in mind, I sent my maker a DTD so it should've fit perfect, and they had my shoe sizes. The fit was so awful I sent the suit back for repairs (To which they claimed I had to pay shipping back and forth for when that was nowhere listed in their TOS, and when I showed them they changed it). After paying for it to be fixed (and to get the holes in the feet and padding repaired because they were too immense to tackle on my own) the suit came back with holes in it still and a flimsy strap along the feet which barely helped to fit.

I was so frustrated I immediately messaged the maker and informed them of their poor job, and they took my criticism as harassment and threatened to blackmail me. They need proceeded to spread rumors that I was bullying them and I had various people on Instagram attacking me for something that wasn't true. When I confronted Yami about it, they lied and said they didn't tell anyone. Then after pressing more they admitted to having told their manager, who I can only assumed began the rumors.

The tail came attached to the bodysuit and was perfectly fine.

The tail looked fine to me, for the most part the markings were even and matched the concept art.

How well does everything fit together and match up?
Visually, excluding the head, the body was a 7/10. The head was definitely a 4/10.

The maker and the managers attitude and service was awful and the suit had a lot of problems upon arrival.


How easy was it to initially contact the maker for a quote?
They responded very friendly and quickly.


How satisfied are you with the response time from the maker?
How long did it take the maker to get back to you?
Usually about a day via Telegram.


How satisfied are you with the professionalism and customer service and of the maker?
Absolutely terrible.


How satisfied are you with how long your project took to complete?
The project was completed by the deadline (I paid extra for a rush order), but the quality absolutely suffered from it which I blame on the maker because if they weren't ready to the deadline I wouldn't have paid extra.


Are you happy with the product you received?
No, I am very dissatisfied and have already sold the suit to another person.


Describe your overall experience with this maker.
I highly recommend people stay away from this maker. They are only concerned about making money and will choose quantity over quality every time. Not only this, but they are very unprofessional and unfriendly and made me suffer a lot and lose a lot of money.
