Lil Lightning from 101 Dalmatians 2 as a full anthropomorphic corgi. I watched this movie a while ago and I really like his character. Despite him being a villain I feel bad for him just because he wasn't getting the recognition he deserved and was treated unfairly, especially by his friend Thunderbolt. I'll make a casual outfit for him and give him shading next time.
