Yes, fur colour didn’t match with rest of the bodysuit (who was made by a different maker). WDW was very professional in sorting this issue.

Wear Satisfaction
Please describe how it is to wear this piece of your costume.
Head is very comfortable and large. Ventilation is good, vision is excellent. Lined nicely.
Head is on the big side but it’s good for ventilation so don’t mind.

Appearance Satisfaction
Please describe how satisfied you are with how your costume piece looks from the outside.
I absolutely love this head, they did a fantastic job at capturing him and worked so well from the concept art provided. Head is symmetrical, shaving is the best I’ve ever seen and the fur is high quality. The eyes are lovely and the overal expression is spot on. The teeth are fleece and look great. He also has a fleece tongue. The feathers match the art perfectly.

How was your concept art realized?
The maker worked from concept art I produced. I chose this maker because their style seemed to fit perfectly with the look I wanted and the outcome was fantastic.


How well does everything fit together and match up?
Bearing in mind my body suit was by a UK maker but both were aware of each other and in communication. The white and blue sadly didn’t match up with the bodysuit however WDW paid postage costs etc to have the head sent to the UK maker to be sorted. I was very impressed with the level of care and communication over this issue. It’s now resolved and everything is perfect and matches.


How easy was it to initially contact the maker for a quote?
Very easy, message via their twitter



How satisfied are you with the response time from the maker?
How long did it take the maker to get back to you?
Initially very fast, they emailed me the quote and a payment plan was started. Over time though communication dropped and I had to message them via twitter to get a response


How satisfied are you with the professionalism and customer service and of the maker?
Quality is amazing but I feel communication and punctuality of deadlines could have been better


How satisfied are you with how long your project took to complete?
I wanted it for ConFuzzled latest and it didn’t arrive in time as customs can take ages. I had to do a lot of nagging to get it posted but no one could have predicted how crazily long customs would be holding it for.


Are you happy with the product you received?
I am totally satisfied and love the head


Describe your overall experience with this maker.
For a head only commission, I’d definitely recommend this maker if you don’t have set deadlines. Communication could have been better but overal, I am very happy with the head. It’s incredible quality and captured my character 100%. Maker is kind and understanding of issues and willing to help, I’d get another head from them for sure because it was totally worth the wait.
