Just posting this in case anyone wants to critique the anatomy before I colors it. Tobi was a tomb guardian along with 
before dying and becoming a hellcat. Mylo raised him, but he often slacked off or got distracted by pretty things.
He's probably about 12 here.
EDIT: I do notice on thing off the bat. His right hand it a tad small. Will be fixed :)

basically, I have this whole world set up with my roomate and I use this world for multiple stories (same as a fantasy world that I've built)
In this world, heaven, hell, god, satan, etc. exist, but are different. God and Satan are brothers who created the world together but Satan didn't want it anymore, so he corrupted it a little to throw God off just a bit and then made hell for himself. He's something of a party guy. Whenever someone dies, they go where their soul wants or belongs. Partiers and evil souls go to hell, but only evil souls suffer.
People who suffered a lot in their lifetimes (tobias and mylo were slaves forced to guard tombes for their entire existance) are given the oppourtunity to become demons. Tobias took it, which is why he can change genders at will (demons are genderless)

As far as CC goes, I can take a lot, as long as you don't directly insult my art. Hell, even if you said "it sucks" I would understand if you could resonably say why, but I understand what you mean. S'okay.
