Do you know anyone who would be willing to make one of these icons for my fursona and my friend's fursona that we shipped together there names are Sonia and Matthew they are currently dating so I want to do something special for my friend and get one of these icons done for me and him we are not actually dating in real life it's just our OC's that are
There are a lot of artists around on FA who take commissions for that sort of thing! I could recommend Fazo, milkandjuice, or feline-gamer for commissions, and plenty of others but those ones spring to mind. (If you're asking for people who would do it for free, sorry, I don't have anyone to suggest, and folks deserve to be paid for their artwork!)
You should get your friend's permission first, though! Even if it's just an in-character icon set, it's important for folks to agree on the message they're trying to send or the content of such commissions.
