THe second sheet of sketches got... weird. I started trying out things with rocky growths that implied their skin was as tough as stone, or that they're almost made of stone sorta?
I started to lean toward bottomheavy shorter legged designs so that they're stockier and closer to the ground, gives them a much more grounded and solid look, IMO.
That square guy is... Offputting. So is the robed gyroid.
