A surprise gift for 
as a new member of the Diaper Deputies of Cookie Gulch.
Always one to increase his team of Diaper Deputies, Sheriff Marshall has hired a new deputy to his crew. Folks, meet Kid Kiba.
Hailing from a small village known as Sugar Valley, Kid Kiba was the former deputy there when the evil Dark Hare and his gang took over the village, killed off the sheriff and the other deputies and laid the village to ruins. Being the only surviving deputy left, and with no other options left, Kid Kiba was forced to flee.
Having arrived to Cookie Gulch, Kid Kiba applied for a deputy job. And after a few hours of training such as sharpshooting, broomstick horse riding, and lasso tricks, Sheriff Marshall hired him as the new Diaper Deputy.
Kid Kiba was happy to have a deputy job again, but there was no time to celebrate. Kid Kiba then told about Dark Hare and his gang, and wanted revenge for the loss of Sugar Valley and the former sheriff and the deputies for putting their lives at stake.
Sheriff Marshall then rounded up his other deputies, Davey, Amber, and Scout, and along with Kid Kiba, the brave diapered cowboys raced over to the remains of Sugar Valley. After a vicious showdown, the Diapered Deputies along with the sheriff captured the gang, but Dark Hare made a cowardly escape after Kid Kiba shot both of Dark Hare's guns from his paws.
Kid Kiba became a hero, but was disappointed at the way Dark Hare took off before he could capture him. Sheriff Marshall then consoled Kid Kiba by stating that all bad guys are yellow bellied cowards. Plus he'll know that Dark Hare would return for revenge, and hopefully the Diapered Deputies will capture him in the end.
Once the evil gang has been tied up, it was time to head back to Cookie Gulch. After sending the gang to the courtroom where the judge decides their fate, Sheriff Marshall, Kid Kiba, and the rest of the Diapered Deputies headed towards Frostbite's Saloon to celebrate.

Would have to be a pretty heft sentence in Cookie Gulch for murder. The evil gang will probably be locked up in solitary confinement for the rest of their lives and receive only one diaper change a week.
Maybe you can simplify their otherwise useless lives with FOY water all the way back to newborns, therefore eliminating every evil they have ever known.
