Dulcy is an inflatable dragoness who can inflate herself and her lungs with air and has a big kangaroo-like pouch on her stomach like her mother Sabina, except she breathes ice and her mother breathes wind. She can carry Sally or Sonic in her pouch or on her back when she flies.
