Viking Roses for Eida

Tattoo design commission for a dear friend of mine, Nikki.
White roses are the sign for Yorkshire and her home (with some red ones thrown in because pretty). The compass instead has the Vesvigir symbol in the centre, to help guide her through rough weather, and lastly the Viking runes spell out her daughters name "Eida" ♥
Large image as this was intended as a thigh piece, but may end up on the upper arm~ yet to be decided.. I'm just sad I can no longer tattoo it myself. Can't wait to see how it looks on skin.
