Not that I'm objecting to the idea of more female espada, but I personally think Nnoitora is one of the ones that does very well as a man. I definitely thing Yammi's character would be better suited to a female though, and possibly Zommori, if not for the fact that it would make the 7th and the 3rd espada almost exactly the same.
