Unfortunately I don't have much of an opinion on hedgehogs throughout the series, they're just sort of... there. Filler animals for the abbey and the wine cellar in particular. Maybe every hedgehog in Mossflower is just drunk as hell. I do not think this particular specimen can go very fast.
