Hoppers has a bit of a past when it comes to the demon that lives within him. That very demon that resides in him is the same demon responsible for coordinating the attack on his village many years ago. Hoppers tried to avenge his family but in the end he fell to the demon....however Hoppers managed to do a last minute desperation strike that put the demon into a critical state. In order for the demon to survive he decided to take over Hoppers body and use it as a catalyst for his power....for awhile the demon ran amok with his new body....but after encountering a dark memory from deep within, Hoppers was able to regain control of his body with his sheer willpower alone. However even though he was basically reincarnated, whenever the bunny shows any sign of weakness or emotion that the demon can take advantage of, he can reposses Hoppers body for his own....in this case....it takes a lot of will power to regain himself..
