Happy #FursuitFriday! Myself as Raze, the Dinodog, performing my set at the Anthrocon 2018 Dance Competition Finals!
Anthrocon was my first furry convention and my first time fursuiting, so it will always hold a special place in my heart. In 2016 I had the opportunity to dance in the Finals as Sniper, and I was honored again with the same chance - and stage - as Raze, this year! (2017 was my deployment, le gasp.)
'Sweet Dreams' has been my anthem lately, and I knew I had to incorporate that, MIA, and Jurassic World, (as I've used so much of Jurassic Park for my quotes already!) into my routine! I also wanted to really up the ante on my footwork in this routine, and take more time for more fluid, smooth movements as opposed to my 'energy plateau' I'd always done before with Sniper.
And, I'm officially Raptor Boyfriend. *Raze bounces tail*
I'm always looking to improve my dancing. Constructive critique is welcome!

You are working good pantomime into the moves. I find it just amazing that what already is a hot, sweaty, claustrophobic environment like a fursuit made all the worse for the wearer by doing aerobic exercise like dance. I'd be dropping by the 8th bar, panting and dehydrated. Serious props for your stamina and fortitude... but I guess you're an overachiever like that, does great illustration and has some impressive dances to perform in the most challenging wardrobe imaginable.
"More" is my critique suggestion, look for every line of lyric to have some pantomime you can work in, as I think you can probably get some gestures worked out to better telegraph the lyrics beginning "Some of them want to use you." Each of those 4 lines have some pantomime, but nothing that reads to me like the lyric, not out of synch per se, but just seems to be almost a Pulp Fiction dance contest version of dancing to that part of the song.
Oh, and I guess I gotta plug one more time a song I think fits the furry experience well, and that's "Wouldn't Want to be Like You" by the Alan Parsons Project. It likely would fit one of the most exotic fursuit you have, either Raze or a derg.
