As you guy probably know I haven't really been having the best lately to draw this year, it feels like sometimes it just either for cash or nothing and I hate that feeling because I do have motivation for what I enjoy about doing digital or drawing art including, I also don't want to force myself to draw things I don't like, not to say I wouldn't draw almost anything, but I do feel like overrated stuff is the only thing people see, I remember a time when other stuff that wasn't popular around was great and they might have great storyline or fun characters, but those are my thoughts.

Sorry if could added anymore to this piece I though the shading was really nice and even the highlight and also lineart as long as not all black its fine by me honestly, Im that kind of artist.
I know this feels emotional but we can make it better.

I just think because at the moment a piece is not hip or it's not popular enough, it does not mean that others do not like it, I think manshould draw what man want to draw, and not try to stay trendy

Don't let trends bring you down, there will always be certain topics or concepts that are 'in' while what you may want to draw are not. But that is no reason to stop, always draw for your enjoyment^^ Lately I've started drawing more things for myself that are not commissions, and I just draw them cos I felt like it, and they've received little to no feedback but I still enjoyed making the art. I think what helps is experimenting. Try testing out some new things c: Or draw some fan art of something you like^^
It sucks to say it but the FA userbase caters more to porn and fetish artists/art. It very rarely rewards artists trying to do more innocent and clean art.
You've had a tough start on the year and it feels like empty words just saying "Keep going, it'll get better" but I genuinely believe so. Nothing good ever comes from tossing in the towel.
