Oh my goodness, I love this! The style you used here is... amazing. I love the way the white 'noise' makes it look like her dress is shimmering, along with the obviously-contrasting highlights and shadows on all the bits that 'shimmer.' I also like the way the multi-layered shadows/highlights don't quite 'line up' on her blouse. What can I say, I'd give this two favorites if I could. :-D

-- I was trying to mimic the 'ink brush' style of art found in the game Okami. Little did I know that this was going to develop in an actual art style for me.

*grins* don't give up the style, this really does look amazing. Her pose as well as the way the symbol on her forehead was drawn, and the blur around her scarf (?) adds a wonderful touch to it as well... plus the cherry tree (?), you can never go wrong with cherry blossoms. ^^
