Proof Artisan Distillers of Fargo, North Dakota also makes gin. I got to see their gin still and got to try the individual components of gin like juniper, coriander, anise, etc.

The gin made here is a craft gin. Besides juniper berries, they use cranberries, blueberries and lemongrass in the making of this gin. It's very different from the London dry gin like the big name brand Beefeater.
