During the annual Fargo street fair, Proof Artisan Distillers in downtown Fargo gave free tours of their distillery complete with equipment.

This copper distilling machine was impressive. The guy giving the tour explained this was made in a foundry in Germany. After its construction, it got shipped here by boat to North America. I also learned a lot of these copper machines are getting sent over to China and Japan; there's a big demand for whiskey in those countries.
