Mercedes, Janice, and Monica all modeled together at one point in time. Mercedes was the happy outgoing one, while Monica was (and still is) very laid back and down to earth. Meanwhile Janice was always the analytical one, helping the three get the best gigs, for the best exposure and the best pay. After a while Janice decided she had her fill of modeling and wanted to take a more active role behind the scenes, citing burn out and wanting to do something different. While they were sad to see her go, the other girls still support her nonetheless and come visit while they can. Also Mercedes and Monica are the only ones who know how to push the stuffy kitten's buttons for hours of entertainment
