My choice for the third tree study is one that my friend Josh fondly referred to as the "God Tree" while looking through the big book o' trees. This is a cluster of Mangrove trees growing out of a swamp. He said it looked like some all-powerful life-giving tree from a fantasy story. Personally, I think one of the other trees in the book is a better representation of a "Mana Tree," as I know it (Secret of Mana FTW). That's the one I plan on using for Tree Study #4.
It was suggested to me that I could try selling these at some point. If that's the case, I should start thinking of a name for this series of illustrations. Hmm.
