Continuing from the prior pic ( https://www.furaffinity.net/view/28102250/ ), Totoro has, as one would guess, ended up gulped down, into Kinchaku's belly. After the turbulent ride down, he sits within the stomach, surrounded by the cocooning fluid starting its work, as the rush from being eaten starts to wear off and he slowly realises: "Oh dear, seems like I will be here a while..."
It's not quite the worst place to be, but he'll be there for quite some time. Might as well get settled~
